• Project information: technology type, site, address, GPS coordinates, installed capacity in MW, annual energy in MWh/year, data availability and documents supplied.
• Requests and communications: message, preferences, communication history, attachments and responses.
• Account data: identifier, role, access rights, authentication, activity logs and audit trails where MyWATTii access is provided.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time, browser, device, pages viewed, technical identifiers, security events and cookies in accordance with your choices.
• AI assistant data: questions entered, user category and suggested resources; do not submit unnecessary sensitive or confidential data.

These periods must be aligned with the internal records of processing and the contracts actually used.
