2. Scope
This policy applies to Website visitors, people who submit a form, request a document, use the assistant, request a demonstration or pilot access, and authorised MyWATTii users where their organisation’s terms refer to this policy. Additional notices may apply to specific services or contracts.
3. Data we may collect
- Professional identity and contact data: name, organisation, role, email, telephone and country.
- Project information: technology type, site, address, GPS coordinates, installed capacity in MW, annual energy in MWh/year, data availability and documents supplied.
- Requests and communications: message, preferences, communication history, attachments and responses.
- Account data: identifier, role, access rights, authentication, activity logs and audit trails where MyWATTii access is provided.
- Technical data: IP address, date and time, browser, device, pages viewed, technical identifiers, security events and cookies in accordance with your choices.
- AI assistant data: questions entered, user category and suggested resources; do not submit unnecessary sensitive or confidential data.
4. Purposes, legal bases and target retention

6. Recipients and processors
Data may be accessed, on a need-to-know basis, by authorised teams of the controller and the relevant technical providers, including Codegraphers for website development and technical integration and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure, hosting and storage, subject to the applicable agreements. 8. AI and automated decision-making
AI-assisted tools may classify an enquiry, propose documentary responses, control data, recalculate indicators, detect anomalies or prepare verification. They operate under human oversight. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely on this basis unless specifically disclosed and supported by an appropriate legal basis.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

10. Security
We apply risk-appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, role separation, logging, encryption where appropriate, backups, vulnerability management and incident-response procedures. No system is absolutely secure; confirmed incidents are handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
